This is a strategic accounting leadership role within a global, mission-driven organization operating at scale. As a key technical expert, you will shape accounting policy, strengthen financial reporting, and enhance internal control frameworks across multiple legal entities. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and operational teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP and uphold best-in-class governance standards. From leading major audit components to guiding the implementation of new accounting standards, your work will directly support transparency, accountability, and financial integrity. This role is ideal for a proactive CPA who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment and enjoys translating complex technical guidance into practical action.
