Sr. Manager, Sales Process & AI Capabilities

The Sr. Manager, Sales Process & AI Capabilities will lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of customer planning standards, processes, and AI-enabled tools that drive sales excellence. This role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize line reviews, joint business planning, and innovation sell-in, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality across customer-facing activities. You will embed AI workflows to enhance efficiency and insight generation while providing training and adoption mechanisms for field and HQ teams.
