This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Director, Strategic in Germany.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving strategic enterprise sales performance across a portfolio of high-value, complex accounts. You will lead and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on large multinational customers, helping them position advanced developer and DevSecOps solutions in mission-critical environments. The role blends sales leadership, strategic account development, and executive-level relationship management in a fast-moving, global, remote-first organization. You will work closely with senior customer stakeholders to align business priorities with platform capabilities and long-term transformation goals. In parallel, you will shape regional strategy, optimize sales execution, and ensure consistent pipeline growth and revenue attainment.
