We are seeking a (Driver) Operations Associate who won’t back down from a challenge—someone eager to try new things and make history alongside the Lalamove team. Life at Lalamove is fast-paced and constantly evolving, as we push boundaries and redefine last-mile, on-demand delivery. In this role, you’ll build and maintain a highly engaged driver community, support market launch teams in optimising driver acquisition, and boost our brand visibility through a growing fleet of branded vehicles. We’re looking for high-energy, quick-thinking individuals who understand driver needs and can build lasting partnerships with our fleet. You’ll work closely with local teams and report daily to our Hong Kong headquarters, ensuring alignment and integrity while exceeding individual and team KPIs.
