- At least 8 years of experience in managing large and complex IT projects, preferably enterprise-wide or mission-critical systems.
- Experienced working in multi-workstream program or project environments.
- Strong project management skills, including familiarity with project methodologies and the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, technical specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Director in programme planning and governance.
- Lead project planning across scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
- Establish governance, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
- Work with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders on design, build, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with business users to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Coordinate across teams (architecture, security, infrastructure, data, testing, and change management) to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
- Oversee requirements and solution design to ensure feasibility and alignment with future operating models.
- Drive project execution to deliver milestones, manage risks and issues, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Manage escalations and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders.
- Support go-live readiness, post-implementation stabilisation, and transition to operations and support teams.
