1. Receiving shipping instruction from customers via COSCO system, Issue Proforma BL to customer within timeframe
2. Checking & amending B/L as customer request regarding cargo weight, commodity, certificate; Freight Calculation
3. Customs declaration (AMS/ENS/ICS2/E-manifest)
4. Create/Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system
5. Handling of customer inquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction...
