Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a People OPS Specialist who will:

• Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding and hiring process, including documentation audits, affiliations, and contract management.
• Administer all changes during the employee lifecycle, such as position changes, promotions, licenses, and vacations.
• Handle employee exit processes, including required documentation, exit interviews, and reports.
• Coordinate and follow up with external providers (social security, insurers, government entities, etc.) to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Generate reports and manage procedures with governmental entities, ensuring adherence to all legal regulations.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Professional or final-semester student in Business Administration or a related career.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or payroll areas.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of platforms for Colombian entities such as EPS, AFP, ARL, and Migration.
• Knowledge of Colombian labor and tax legislation and basic to intermediate English proficiency.
