Role Summary and Impact 

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Choreograph Tech & AI Consulting to lead and drive marketing, advertising, and technology transformation initiatives across our regional clients. The SC will operate with autonomy, providing strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and expert guidance to clients and internal teams. This role is pivotal in architecting innovative solutions, conducting advanced assessments, and co-creating robust strategic roadmaps that propel clients towards their ambitious business goals.

Skills and Experience 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the deployment of advanced marketing maturity assessments and MADTech ecosystem audits for key clients, taking ownership of the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of findings to senior stakeholders.
• Drive the creation and delivery of comprehensive transformation roadmaps that integrate agile experiments, tactical initiatives, and long-term strategic plans, ensuring seamless alignment with and measurable impact on client objectives.
• Architect and lead the development and implementation of Choreograph Consulting transformation solutions, providing deep subject matter expertise, leading use case development, and overseeing end-to-end deployment.
• Assume full ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle for large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring flawless execution, managing risk, leading cross-functional teams, monitoring progress against strategic goals, and driving continuous improvement to consistently exceed project objectives.
• Strategically organize and facilitate high-impact client/agency working sessions, both in-person and virtually, to enhance agency knowledge across consulting deliverables, identify critical client challenges, and proactively generate sales opportunities.
• Proactively identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities for all transformation services.
• Cultivate and leverage strategic relationships with key agency, market, and client leads (including C-level executives) to drive adoption and thought leadership for the Choreograph Consulting menu of services.
• Lead the formulation of effective sales strategies and tactics, focusing on key client segments, differentiating value propositions, and competitive positioning to drive significant engagement and revenue growth.
• Lead the development and presentation of client proposals, including architecting technical aspects, defining comprehensive scopes of work, establishing robust costings, and estimating achievable project timelines that are commercially sound.
• Strategically manage and expand partnerships to co-develop and implement solutions, accelerating the adoption of Choreograph Consulting services.
• Oversee the profitable execution and negotiation of contracts, ensuring all SOWs and contracts are prepared, submitted, and closed with attention to detail, and adherence to company guidelines.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in digital media, management consulting, or a related field, with a demonstrable track record of leadership in marketing/advertising technology solutions.
• Deep expertise and proven ability to architect and implement advanced analytics and identity solutions (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, AEM, Tealium, Salesforce Cloud solutions, GCP, CDPs, DMPs, Clean Rooms, etc.).
• Proven leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder client and agency engagements, with a track record of successfully managing expectations and driving alignment among C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Strong executive-level relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills, capable of building trust and driving consensus with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive substantial account growth and identify significant new business opportunities through strategic engagement with internal account/sales teams.
• Expertise in managing large-scale, complex digital transformation programs, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding strategic objectives.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret highly complex data sets, develop sophisticated models, and translate insights into actionable, high-impact strategies.
• Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of articulating complex technical and strategic information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse senior audiences.
• A strategic problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities and drive decision-making.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
