Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Program Overview:

The WPP Media VN Traineeship program is a 6-month initiative designed to help you explore and develop foundational skills in media and marketing in Vietnam market. You will also gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world-largest marketing and communications company from Day 1.  Through training, day-to-day execution, project-based assignments and real-world exposure, you will embrace, enhance, excel capability & capacity for a future-ready you!

What You'll Experience & Learn:

• Media Planning Foundation: Learn how media plans are put together and used across traditional and digital channels, supporting efforts to deliver client goals.
• Digital Media & Performance Marketing: Get exposure to the basics of paid search, social media advertising, programmatic buying, e-commerce media, and analytics, understanding how they contribute to campaign performance.
• Data & Analytics: Learn about the process of leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness and assist in gathering information that helps inform client strategies and insights.
• Market Research & Consumer Insights: Understand the practical steps involved in gathering and interpreting market data, seeing how these insights help inform our strategic decisions and uncover consumer trends.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking bright and shine individuals who are ready to make an impact.

• Education: We're looking for final year students or recent graduates (within 0-1 year) with a Bachelor's degree. While any discipline is welcome, degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields are a plus.
• 3-6 months of relevant internship experience is a plus
• Available for 6 months full-time positions
• Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proactive & Eager to Learn: A self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to take on new challenges and continuously develop new skills.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced industry and open to feedback.
