Senior Applied AI Scientist, Zalo Photos

We are looking for a Senior Applied AI Scientist to join the Zalo Photos team. You will build and improve Deep Learning models that power core AI features of the product, serving millions of users at scale.
🤖 What you will do
- Develop and optimize Deep Learning models for the Zalo Photos project, tackling problems such as semantic image classification, document classification, and OCR;
- Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques to continuously improve model quality and production performance.
👾 What you will need
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields;
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in building Deep Learning models for real-world products;
- Experience with Image Classification or Semantic Understanding tasks, especially using CLIP-based approaches is highly preferred;
- Ability to self-learn and adapt to new domains (e.g., transitioning from Vision to Speech/Audio tasks) when product needs arise is a plus.
