Lead Software Engineer, iOS, Comm Feature

1. Technical Leadership & Delivery Ownership

• Own and drive the overall delivery roadmap for iOS Communication Features, ensuring timelines, quality, and scalability;
• Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of a large-scale iOS codebase with high performance and reliability standards;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to define and deliver user-centric messaging experiences;
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve performance and development efficiency.

2. Team Leadership & People Management

• Manage team performance, including goal setting, evaluation, and continuous feedback;
• Ensure team productivity, execution progress, and alignment with organizational goals;
• Mentor and coach engineers to elevate technical capabilities and ownership mindset;
• Drive hiring planning, resource allocation, and team development strategy.

• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields with excellent academic performance;
• At least 4 years of experience in Objective-C or Swift;
• Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP principles, Design Patterns, Memory Management, and Computer Architecture;
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture;
• Strong knowledge of mobile UX/UI principles and best practices;
• Strong sense of ownership, open-mindedness, and a passion for continuous learning;
• Experience in leading and mentoring team members;
• A team player who can work both as individual and as a team.
