We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption.
The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption.
We are seeking a KOL Growth Marketing Manager to lead creator and influencer engagement, drive brand awareness, and scale user acquisition through strategic partnership and campaign execution. This role is crafted for a growth-oriented marketer who knows how to leverage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content partners to amplify the network’s visibility and community reach.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of KOL/influencer marketing initiatives that align with broader ecosystem growth and brand positioning goals.
- Source, vet, negotiate, and manage relationships with top-tier KOLs, content creators, and industry thought leaders in the blockchain/Web3 space to drive measurable campaign outcomes.
- Build and own creator partnership frameworks, including content calendars, engagement briefs, deliverables, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Social, Product, BD, and Events) to integrate KOL efforts with key product launches, ecosystem milestones, and marketing campaigns.
- Define and report on key performance indicators for KOL programs — including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI — and use data to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Support community engagement through co-created content, AMAs, livestreams, and events that strengthen trust and advocacy among target audiences.
- Maintain a dynamic and forward-looking radar on industry trends, platform dynamics (Telegram, X, YouTube, Discord, TikTok), and emerging creator ecosystems relevant to Web3 audiences.
Professional Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, growth marketing, or ecosystem engagement — ideally within Web3, blockchain, or high-growth technology environments.
- Demonstrated success running and scaling KOL campaigns with measurable impact on brand awareness and user adoption.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, digital content formats, and creator ecosystems, especially in Web3 audiences.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with competency in performance analytics, campaign measurement, and optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively across product, marketing, and business functions to align campaigns with strategic milestones.
Highly Valued Skills
- Existing network of top Web3 KOLs, creators, or influencers.
- Experience tailoring influencer and community programs for multiple global markets or regions.
- Proficiency with analytics, tracking, and creator management tools (UTMs, engagement platforms, social analytics).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin or additional regional languages.
