Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and architectural decisions for AI agent development using modern programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and optimize scalable AI solutions.
• Write high‑quality, production‑level code in React, Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, C#, or C++.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Develop, evaluate, and iterate on AI model training processes to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Ensure clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Continuously research emerging trends in AI and software development to recommend improvements and drive innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing with React, Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, C#, or C++.
• Proven leadership experience guiding technical teams and projects to successful delivery.
• Strong expertise in training AI models and implementing machine learning solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clarity and collaboration.
• Ability to take ownership of complex tasks and drive projects from ideation to completion.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Experience working with distributed teams and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to multiple programming languages and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Prior involvement in AI agent or similar advanced technology projects.
• Experience working on customer‑facing or client‑driven teams.
