🎯Role overview
Join Tiki’s Growth Team as an Affiliate Hunting Executive. Your mission is to actively identify, persuade, and onboard a high volume of partners—ranging from digital creators to community leaders—into Tiki’s structured Affiliate program. You will be the bridge that turns potential leads into active sellers.
🧠Responsibilities
Partner Hunting & Acquisition:
Manage and follow up with potential leads generated from Marketing/Ads campaigns. Consult and convert them into active Tiki partners.
Scout and recruit independent creators, social media influencers, and community owners across TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Connect with third-party sources (Affiliate Networks, Agencies) to leverage their existing partner pools for Tiki.
Onboarding & Activation:
Assist new partners in setting up their accounts and navigating Tiki’s affiliate tools.
Consult on product selection and content tactics to ensure partners successfully generate their first orders.
Handle daily inquiries regarding commissions and policies to maintain partner trust and activity.
Reporting & Tracking:
Update daily contact status and conversion rates in the CRM/tracking system.
Provide "frontline" insights to help the team improve recruitment scripts and incentive schemes.
🌟Requirements
1 - 2 years in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Community Management.
Confident and persuasive. Ability to communicate effectively via calls, messages, and emails.
Goal-oriented, resilient against rejection, and eager to hit recruitment KPIs.
Familiarity with Social Media trends (TikTok Shop, FB Groups) or Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
