(Associate) Product Executive, Credit Risk Management
MoMo is building scalable credit risk capabilities across PayLater, Cash Loan, and other lending products. These capabilities connect MoMo’s credit strategies, in-house data and technical infrastructure, and multiple external partners into a closed-loop execution platform.
This role works directly with the Project Owner to drive end-to-end implementation of credit risk initiatives. The role focuses on translating business intent into structured system execution, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and ensuring operational readiness and system integrity.

- Document end-to-end workflows across products, technical systems, and internal/external channels.
- Translate business strategies, credit policies, and operational requirements into clear and structured system specifications.
- Maintain and prioritize the execution roadmap and backlog for Credit Risk Management initiatives.
- Ensure traceability between business objectives, technical implementation, and operational outcomes.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to align on scope, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Drive delivery rituals including kick-offs, requirement alignment, UAT coordination, go-live validation, and post-release tracking.
- Act as the central communication hub for the initiative, document decisions and action items, and proactively escalate blockers when necessary.
- Ensure implementation quality and timely delivery across all stakeholders involved.
- Prepare and maintain operating documents including SOPs, process maps, requirement documents, and partner working procedures.
- Keep documentation updated to reflect the latest system logic, operational flows, and policy changes.
- Support operational setup and contractual readiness with internal and external partners.
- Ensure process clarity and compliance alignment before and after go-live.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators related to routing, execution quality, and system performance.
- Use data to validate whether system behavior aligns with intended logic and business objectives.
- Detect anomalies or execution gaps and coordinate corrective actions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management; or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or other relevant fields with strong quantitative or statistical coursework.
- Strong ownership and execution discipline in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
- Structured problem-solving capability and ability to drive issues to closure.
- Ability to understand and map complex system workflows across multiple teams and platforms.
- Clear and concise communication with strong stakeholder management capability.
- Analytical mindset to validate whether systems and processes behave as intended.
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools.
- Exposure to fintech, lending, or collections environments.
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts.
