Company Summary: A leading EPC focused on Utility Scale PV&BESS projects is looking to grow their team! They have over 6GW+ of renewable generation capacity installed across 25+ states. This EPC has industry leaders with extensive industry expertise and connections! They are looking for a remote Senior Project Engineer to support their continued growth and pipeline!

Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering oversight for all aspects of ground-mounted solar PV system design, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and utility standards.
• Interpret project documentation (utility interconnection, permitting requirements) and develop design solutions; coordinate and review required studies and reports.
• Create detailed engineering plans using AutoCAD, including layouts, electrical diagrams, grounding details, labeling, and construction-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, structural, mechanical engineers, landscape architects) and engage with agencies and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Maintain technical expertise in national codes and standards, review electrical studies (load flow, short‑circuit, arc flash), and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering
• Experience on Utility Scale PV and/or BESS projects (20MW+ w/ substations)
• AutoCAD experience
