Remote Vice President of Systems & Informatics

Accountabilities

• Oversee multiple large and complex systems projects in a regulated environment.
• Drive project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
• Lead a team of Program Managers for systems and informatics projects.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure delivery on all phase gates including quality and schedule.
• Communicate progress and risks to governance teams.
• Ensure compliance with Product Delivery Excellence standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Project Management for Medical Devices.
• Ability to align projects with organizational strategy.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Knowledge of compliance with FDA and regional regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and OEMs.
• Technical bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences required.
• 15+ years in product development project management.
• 5+ years in a regulated environment like life sciences or medical device industries.
• Project management certification preferred.
