Director, Clinical Trial Team Lead - Oncology

This leadership role sits at the intersection of clinical strategy, early development execution, and high-impact team management within oncology research. The position is responsible for guiding experienced Clinical Trial Execution Experts and Clinical Trial Leaders through the planning and delivery of early-phase oncology studies through Proof of Concept. You will play a key role in shaping operational excellence, ensuring that clinical trials are executed with scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and strong patient-centric focus. Operating within a global and highly collaborative environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams across clinical operations, development, and enabling functions. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on clinical expertise, and people leadership.
