This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Design Director: Live Service & Meta in United Kingdom.

This is a senior design leadership role focused on shaping the long-term player experience for a AAA, cross-platform competitive game with a strong emphasis on live service systems and meta-game design. You will define and evolve how players engage with progression, retention, monetization, and seasonal content over time. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on design contribution, requiring the ability to move seamlessly between high-level direction and detailed execution. You will work closely with product, production, engineering, and creative teams to build scalable systems that support ongoing content delivery and player engagement. In parallel, you will help lead and grow a design team responsible for systems, content, and live operations. This is a highly collaborative and iterative environment where player data, feedback, and live performance continuously shape the product.
