You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, translating customer requirements into structured, scalable configurations that drive adoption and long-term value. Acting as a key liaison between clients, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, you will ensure implementations are delivered on time and aligned with best practices. The position requires strong project management skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple complex deployments simultaneously. You will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience during onboarding while directly influencing product feedback and process improvements.
