This role sits within a fast-moving, global legal and governance environment supporting complex corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions. You will help shape and maintain strong corporate governance frameworks while advising on regulatory compliance, entity management, and board-level matters. The position plays a key role in enabling international growth, ensuring subsidiaries operate efficiently and in line with evolving legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across legal, finance, tax, HR, treasury, and compliance functions. This is a highly cross-functional and visible role where legal guidance directly supports strategic business decisions. It is well suited for a lawyer who enjoys navigating complexity, working across borders, and delivering practical legal solutions in a high-growth, regulated industry.
