This senior leadership role oversees end-to-end operational execution across large-scale industrial and energy infrastructure projects, ensuring performance, safety, quality, and financial success across multiple complex project portfolios. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence within a high-growth, nationwide construction and engineering environment. You will lead through a team of Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Superintendents, ensuring that all active projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership, including budgeting, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. With responsibility for multimillion-dollar project portfolios, you will also influence business development, client relationships, and commercial outcomes.
