The position plays a central role in expanding a home health and hospice footprint across priority geographies, shaping where and how the organization grows over time. You will define market strategy, build and manage a proprietary deal pipeline, and cultivate long-term relationships with founders, operators, and investment intermediaries. Operating as the single point of accountability for M&A execution, you will guide opportunities from early sourcing through closing. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and hands-on deal execution.
