It plays a critical role in enabling business growth while ensuring strong regulatory adherence and operational discipline. The role requires a hands-on operator who can design, implement, and continuously improve legal and compliance workflows, systems, and controls. It also involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across legal, finance, IT, and business teams.
