Email Marketing Specialist

This role is focused on the end-to-end execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will play a key part in building, deploying, and refining email programs that support lifecycle marketing, product launches, and engagement initiatives. Working closely with creative, content, and marketing operations teams, you will ensure campaigns are accurately segmented, properly tested, and delivered on time. The role places strong emphasis on performance analysis, helping translate campaign metrics into actionable insights that improve engagement and conversion. You will also contribute to continuous optimization efforts through A/B testing, audience refinement, and workflow improvements.
