Learning Instruct Design Lead

This role sits at the heart of an enterprise learning design function responsible for shaping, developing, and continuously improving learning experiences across a large healthcare organization. You will design scalable, engaging, and data-informed learning solutions that directly support workforce capability, operational excellence, and patient-centered care. Acting as both a strategist and hands-on designer, you will translate business needs into impactful learning programs using modern instructional design approaches. Working in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, you will partner with subject matter experts, education leaders, and stakeholders across the organization. The role requires balancing multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining high standards for learning quality and effectiveness.
