Location: Remote (must live in the USA)
Experience Required: 7+ years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and seasoned Senior Sales Executive with 7+ years of experience in Professional Staffing to join a fully remote national sales team.

This role is focused on new business development and client acquisition. The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a strong track record of prospecting, closing, and expanding enterprise and mid-market accounts across the U.S.

You will play a key role in expanding innovative staffing solutions, including Direct Hire, Contingent Staffing, and MSP models for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through onboarding.

  • Navigate and influence complex, multi-level decision-making processes.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience selling Professional Staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise clients.

  • Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing space.
    (Experience primarily in healthcare or light industrial staffing will not be considered.)

  • Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem (TA leaders, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).

  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in Technology, Finance, Engineering, and related sectors.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hunter mentality.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2–3 times per year.

  • Strong technical proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Must reside in the United States.


Work Model

  • 100% Remote within the United States.

  • Travel required for conferences and industry events.
