Who You Are
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B or B2G SaaS, data analytics, transportation technology, or geospatial intelligence. You will shape the product story for Altitude, Geotab’s commercial vehicle analytics platform, and drive market outcomes across agencies, petroleum operators, AEC consultants, and technology partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for Altitude’s transportation analytics products.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—product, engineering, design, and data—to bring products to market successfully.
- Drive product adoption through targeted marketing campaigns and sales enablement.
- Gather competitive intelligence and customer insights to inform product roadmap and strategy.
- Translate complex data products into ROI‑clear narratives for the market.
- Define and track key performance indicators for the product marketing team.
- Stand up processes and standards for go‑to‑market activity and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a mentor to junior PMM team members.
- Build and maintain a central repository of industry insights, personas, competition, and partner/distribution channels.
- Collaborate with analytics, sales, and content teams to produce white papers, case studies, slide decks, ROI calculators, webinars, and training materials.
- Explore and manage third‑party tools or platforms that enhance the PMM function.
- Leverage AI toolsets to accelerate content development, market research synthesis, and competitive monitoring.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Tell the Altitude story in a simple, clear, and compelling way to infrastructure planners, petroleum network developers, and AEC consultants.
- Own the Altitude category narrative and evolve the market conversation from generic traffic data to deterministic commercial vehicle intelligence.
- Shape the Product Marketing craft at Geotab and guide the team as it grows.
- Drive growth and market leadership for the assigned product portfolio.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B/B2G SaaS, data analytics, transportation technology, smart cities, or GIS.
- Proven experience selling complex data products or platform services to enterprise or government buyers.
- Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- Self‑starter with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong project‑management skills, able to manage multiple projects with a focus on deadlines and deliverables.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced, dynamic environments and changing priorities.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Proficiency in building and optimizing product marketing processes and standards.
- Expertise in conducting in‑depth competitive analysis and building differentiation strategies.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Work Model
