Chief Designer

We are looking for a design expert who is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses a global perspective. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to lead the end-to-end design process for our international clients' projects. This includes user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and overall visual communication.

Responsibilities

• 1、User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct in-depth user research and competitive analysis to understand the behaviors and needs of international users. Create user personas, flowcharts, wireframes, and high-quality interactive prototypes.
• 2、User Interface (UI) Design: Develop high-fidelity interface designs based on UX wireframes. Build and maintain design systems to ensure a consistent and aesthetically pleasing visual experience across multiple platforms (Web/iOS/Android).
• 3、Visual Design: Define the overall visual style for projects, including brand identity, icons, illustrations, and marketing materials, ensuring the design accurately conveys product value and brand philosophy.
• 4、Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional, international teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers). Clearly articulate design concepts and drive the implementation and iteration of design solutions.
• 5、Stay Current: Keep a close watch on global design trends and technological advancements, applying them effectively to projects to continuously elevate the team's design standards.

Qualifications

• 1、6+ years of experience in UI/UX and/or Visual Design.
• 2、Must have prior work experience in an overseas startup environment. A deep understanding of the fast-paced, agile culture of international startups is essential.
• 3、Proficiency in mainstream design software.
• 4、A strong portfolio showcasing your comprehensive skills in UI, UX, and visual design is required (please provide a link).
• 5、Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate fluently with international teams.
• 6、A genuine passion for design, a strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• 7、Experience with remote collaboration is a plus.
