About the Role:
US Job Finders is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new client opportunities by identifying and engaging companies that are actively hiring or in need of scaling their teams.
This role is similar to an SDR but with a stronger focus on business development, relationship building, and identifying hiring needs across organizations. You will be responsible for prospecting decision-makers, starting conversations, and positioning the company as a strategic solution for building remote teams.
This is a high-activity, performance-driven role where success is measured by your ability to create qualified opportunities and consistently feed the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and target companies actively hiring or likely to need staffing support
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Build and manage prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms
Research prospects to personalize outreach and improve engagement
Opportunity Creation
Engage decision-makers (founders, executives, hiring managers) to understand hiring needs
Qualify prospects based on budget, urgency, and staffing requirements
Schedule discovery calls and pass qualified opportunities to the closing team
Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture prospects over time
Pipeline & CRM Management
Track all outreach, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM
Maintain accurate and organized pipeline data
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and booked meetings
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and prospect behavior
Continuously improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles
Strong experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.)
Highly organized and able to manage high-volume outreach
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience selling staffing, recruiting, or HR-related services
Familiarity with offshore or remote staffing models
Experience targeting small to mid-sized businesses or growth-stage companies
Understanding of hiring pain points across industries
