Recruitment Marketing & Talent Community Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 4+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing


About the Role

US Job Finders is seeking a strategic and research-driven Marketing Manager with a strong consulting mindset to lead recruitment marketing and talent community initiatives.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for someone who understands:

  • How recruitment teams operate

  • How marketing drives candidate pipelines

  • How to solve hiring challenges using marketing strategies

You own recruitment marketing and talent community management for a ~20-person RPO company.

  • 50% recruitment marketing (brand, ads, reporting) for our clients.

  • 50% is talent community (candidate pools, nurture campaigns, engagement) and Company Marketing.

You make sure clients both internal and external see the results of the right people knowing us, trusting us, and responding when opportunities open.

Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment environments is strongly preferred.


Reports To and Team

Reports to: CEO

Partners with: Director(s) of Recruitment, Recruitment Managers, Recruiters, Operations Administrator (ATS/CRM), job boards, ad platforms, and vendors


Key Results (KPI and OKR)

  1. Get clients recruitment marketing campaigns up and running

  2. Host or co-host at least one talent community event

  3. Deliver recruiter-ready shortlists from the community

  4. Grow the database each quarter — don’t let it stagnate.

  5. Deliver, review, and actionable adjustments made based on the monthly source effectiveness reports


Key Responsibilities

1) Recruitment Marketing

  • Review job ads personally or with a reviewing process, that are clear, on-brand, and SEO-friendly

  • Create and manage customer brand presence on career sites, social platforms, and review sites

  • Track ad and campaign performance (impressions, clicks, applies) and adjust for ROI

  • Create visuals, posts, and campaigns that highlight company and client culture


2) Talent Community and Corporate Management

  • Build and maintain candidate databases in ATS/CRM for marketing purposes

  • Run nurture campaigns (email, SMS, LinkedIn, events) to keep passive candidates engaged

  • Organize events to connect and grow the candidate pool

  • Social media management of corporate office

  • Manage tradeshows the organization appear in

  • Seek out PR opportunities

  • Manage tradeshows the organization appear in

  • Research new approaches on how to target candidates via marketing

  • Recommend new tools, platforms, or channels based on ROI


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field

  • 4+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or candidate community roles

  • Strong copywriting, digital content, and campaign skills

  • Familiar with ATS/CRM systems, job boards, and email/SMS tools

  • Familiar with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other ad platforms

  • Organized, data-driven, and creative — able to run multiple campaigns at once

  • Email/SMS: HubSpot, Mailchimp, TextUs

  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Excel, dashboards

  • Creative: Canva, Adobe


30–60–90 Day Plan (Ramp)

  • 30 days: audit talent pools, post ads, and set up first nurture campaign

  • 60 days: launch 2–3 branded campaigns; publish first monthly source report; grow community by 10%

  • 90 days: deliver weekly dashboards with ≥ 98% accuracy; automate 1–2 nurture flows; hit engagement targets


Operating Rhythm

  • Daily: job postings, campaign monitoring, candidate engagement

  • Weekly: social posts, ATS/CRM refresh, recruiter check-ins

  • Monthly: source effectiveness reporting, funnel/talent pool dashboards

  • Quarterly: brand/channel audit, campaign refresh
