Role Summary and Impact

As an Insights & Analytics Senior Associate, your primary mission is to guarantee the integrity, flow, and visualization of marketing data. This is achieved by technically implementing measurement architectures and automating processes to transform raw data from diverse platforms into dynamic reporting ecosystems and high-impact dashboards. The role involves executing technical measurement plans, configuring tagging and conversion pixels to ensure data traceability. Furthermore, you will maintain ETL processes to integrate data signals into data warehouses, aiming to reduce report update times. A key aspect is developing strategic, integrated dashboards for multichannel performance comparison, delivering interactive and valuable insights to clients. Ultimately, through processing large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities, this role generates crucial findings that directly impact the efficiency of marketing campaigns and the overall client business.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Cloud environments (e.g., GCP/AWS).
  • Deep knowledge of GA4, GTM, and ad-tech platforms.
  • High proficiency in dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Experience in technical measurement architecture, ETL, and strategic dashboard development.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong teamwork skills (agile methodologies preferred).
  • Background in Engineering (Systems, Industrial, Data), Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • Desired certifications in GA4, Cloud (GCP/AWS), or visualization tools.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Assertive communication to translate technical concepts into business language.
