The Role

Location: Auckland

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

• Lead the Charge: You'll guide and inspire a talented team of investment specialists, shaping their careers and fostering a culture of success.
• Craft Killer Strategies: Develop game-changing investment strategies for top-tier clients, using your expertise to deliver market-leading solutions and innovations.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Drive incredible value by negotiating high-stakes deals and partnerships that deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.
• Be the Trusted Advisor: Build powerful relationships and become the go-to investment expert for clients, partners, and your internal team.
• Shape the Future of Media: Champion new technologies and innovative products, keeping our agency and clients ahead of the curve in a fast-paced market.

• A Confident Voice: You’re a natural presenter who can command a room, lead complex conversations, and inspire confidence in clients and colleagues.
• An Inspiring Leader: You have a passion for mentoring talent and know how to manage a team's workflow to get the best out of everyone.
• Commercially Savvy: You're highly numerate, incredibly organised, and have a deep understanding of the numbers that drive success.
• A Passionate Professional: You live and breathe media and have an infectious enthusiasm that motivates everyone around you.
