Responsibilities:
- Process daily client payment transactions (funds in/out) accurately and within established timeframes, ensuring adherence to company procedures and service levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Sales, Accounting and Reconciliation) to support all payment and back-office related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the company’s banks and payment providers to resolve payment or reconciliation issues.
- Monitor payment activity to ensure accuracy, detect irregularities, and escalate any unusual transactions when required.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives and overall business operations.
Requirements:
- Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus.
- Business level proficiency in English (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
- Experience in payment department (at least 1 year).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule.
- Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
