1/ Social Insurance & Benefits Management:
- Execute all procedures for Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SI/HI/UI) via electronic software (increase/decrease/claims).
- Handle all benefit claims (sick leave, maternity, occupational accidents, etc.) ensuring compliance with statutory timelines.
- Reconcile monthly SI data with the authorities and maintain organized archives for audit readiness.
