Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in software development
Strong hands-on experience with back-end Java technologies, including Java Core, OOP, Spring Boot, and unit testing
Strong SQL skills for optimizing complex queries and a solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Practical experience working with AWS Cloud services
Proven experience in front-end development with ReactJS
Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities
Work in a cross-functional Scrum team (05–09 members) to deliver high-quality software
Collaborate daily with the foreign Product Owner to clarify requirements and align on priorities
Participate in planning, estimation, design discussions, development, and continuous delivery of software
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards
Contribute to system design and technical decision-making to ensure scalability and performance
Self-assign tasks and take full responsibility for delivery quality and deadlines
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members when needed
Join onsite business trips if required.
