We are not just looking for a writer. We are seeking a Creative Strategist – someone who can move emotions with words, master IMC strategies to amplify brand presence, and leverage data to identify Sources of Growth for the Travel sector.

🚀 MARKETING COMMUNICATION & STRATEGY
Integrated Marketing (IMC): Directly develop Communication Plans for marketing campaigns. Ensure a consistent Key Message across all touchpoints (Website, Social, In-App, PR, Offline, Social Outreach).
User & Market Insight: Conduct deep research into the Traveler’s Journey and market trends to identify valuable "Pain points" or "Micro-moments."
Content-led Growth: Proactively "mine" data and trends to discover potential Content Verticals or formats that optimize organic visibility and reach the right target audience at the lowest cost.
Creative Distribution Strategy: Build smart content distribution strategies; knowing exactly where to "seed" content to achieve viral effects and maximum reach.
Data Analysis: Interpret funnel metrics (Impression -> Engagement -> CTR) to evaluate campaign health and make creative adjustment decisions based on evidence, not intuition.
🎨 CREATIVE CONTENT MASTERY
Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions and pitch breakthrough creative concepts that escape the clichés of traditional travel reviews.
Multi-format Execution:
Long-form: Craft website copy, in-depth blog reviews, and inspiring newsletters.
Short-form: "Spiced up" captions and concise, high-converting ad copy. Write video scripts with a strong visual mindset.
AI Creative Integration: Proficiently use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Veo, etc.) to accelerate content production while maintaining the brand's unique identity.
🤝 STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Product team to understand features, and with Business/Growth teams to align on numerical targets.
Partner & Vendor Management: Work with partners (KOLs, Agencies, Airlines, Bus operators) to ensure output quality aligns with the team’s creative direction.
Mentoring: Guide and review the work of Interns/Juniors in the team to ensure consistent content quality.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Content/Marcom. Priority is given to candidates with a background in Fintech, E-commerce, or OTA (Online Travel Agency).
Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics-related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Finance, or other relevant majors.
Strategic Mindset: Capable of seeing the "big picture" of a campaign. You don’t just focus on words; you deeply understand the Business Goals behind every piece of content.
Exceptional Writing Skills: A versatile pen that can handle any "brief"—from in-depth articles to viral-worthy social media content.
Data-driven Mindset: Proficient in reading metrics, forming hypotheses to discover the "Winning Content Formula."
Strong Ownership: High sense of responsibility. You treat every project as your own, proactively driving tasks to completion and taking full accountability for the final results and campaign performance.
Travel Savvy: Deep knowledge of the travel market, customer behavior, and the latest wanderlust trends.
Tech-savvy: Passionate about and proficient in modern creative support tools, especially AI tools.
