Solution Architect- Remote

Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Solution Architect for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, Ohio.

This role will focus on Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives—specifically across the customer domains—while supporting architecture design, data quality solutions, and enterprise technology lifecycle activities. This individual will be responsible for leveraging strong functional expertise in Customer Master Data Management (MDM) to support solution design, system enhancements, and enterprise data strategies.

They will contribute to and support Cloud Application Development, particularly in areas involving data quality monitoring, reporting, and related technology configuration. They will lead technology lifecycle activities including evaluation, selection, implementation, ongoing support, and retirement of MDM-related technologies and assess alternative technical architectures based on feasibility, resource requirements (people, hardware, software), risks, cost, documentation needs, and alignment with enterprise strategy. They will need to provide architectural direction and guidance to IT delivery teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and best practices.

salary: $140k-$150k

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support
• 8+ years of experience in IT or a solution architecture role
• Proven experience in designing complex hardware and software solutions for large-scale IT systems
• Data modeling expertise & data transformation knowledge
• MDM Implementation experience
• Azure Platforms: Event Hub, real-time integration, OAC integration
• Customer Domain Expertise: Understanding customer onboarding processes

• CRM/Salesforce/Dynamics knowledge
