P1C3STS 8yrs of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management. Should have hands-on experience in executing scrum ceremonies using Jira, Confluence nd other tools Should be able to work with PO and Team to create backlog and estimations Conduct, Document and Monitor action items as part of Retrospective Mentor and Coach team members on the Agile process Should be providing the key project metrics to Client Management Define Governance plan and track deliverables.
