Title of Role: Associate Innovation & Portfolio Manager, Wellbeing Collective (1 Year Contract) 
Background & Purpose of the Job

The Wellbeing Collective (WBC) at Unilever is home to a portfolio of fast-growing, science-driven brands that are redefining wellness. We are looking for an Associate Innovation & Portfolio Manager to join our entrepreneurial team and help accelerate innovation across our Canadian Wellbeing brands, Liquid I.V. and Olly. This role will focus on business case development for new products and management of all new artwork processes with our agency partners, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with brand strategy.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

  • Innovation Champion: Support the development of new product concepts by building robust business cases, including financial modeling, volume projections, and margin analysis.
  • Artwork & Agency Lead: Own the end-to-end artwork development process for new products, liaising with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-consistent execution.
  • Project Manager: Coordinate multiple workstreams across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver innovation projects on time and within budget.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Use Excel and analytical tools to model scenarios, track KPIs, and provide insights that inform decision-making.
  • Relationship Builder: Maintain strong relationships with agencies and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-to-scale-up environment, demonstrating agility, initiative, and ownership.
  • Wellness Enthusiast: Passion for health and wellbeing is a plus, as it aligns with our mission and consumer base.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business cases for new product launches, including financial analysis and scenario planning.
  • Lead artwork development for all new products, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations for innovation projects.
  • Support category and competitive analysis to identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
  • Track and report progress on innovation pipeline and associated KPIs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 2–4 years in brand management, product development, or related CPG roles.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience building product business cases; strong prioritization and organizational abilities; excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Bonus: Experience with artwork processes and agency management; passion for wellness.
