Accountabilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-country engineering organization (USA, LATAM, India).
• Design and manage a multi-level management structure mentoring Directors and Engineering Managers.
• Own and scale the hiring engine, establishing systems for evaluating technical depth and cultural fit.
• Build a culture of continuous growth and accountability with clear performance standards.
• Implement and refine CI/CD practices and security standards across global teams.
• Drive ongoing improvement in product development and technical alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in building and operating high-performing distributed engineering teams.
• Deep experience managing engineering hubs in India and Latin America.
• Extensive background in building enterprise software with professional services integration.
• Strong foundation in modern SaaS architectures (AWS, TypeScript, React).
• Ability to align technical and business goals with executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams through growth and transformation phases.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence and inspire others.
