Lead Full Stack Developer - Remote

Requirements

• Four plus years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in collaborative development environments, including pair programming.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go).
• Strong experience with automated testing, including unit testing and test driven development (TDD).
• Hands‑on experience working within Agile teams and iterative delivery models.
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership within a team‑first culture.
