People Business Partner, Employee Relations & Governance

This role offers the opportunity to shape and maintain the foundational governance for a globally distributed workforce, ensuring fairness, compliance, and operational excellence. As a People Business Partner focused on Employee Relations and Governance, you will manage complex employee relations cases, lead investigations, and guide policy implementation across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate closely with leadership, People teams, and Legal partners to mitigate risk, standardize processes, and improve the consistency of people practices.
