This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the operational engine of a fast-growing healthtech organization, connecting DTC and B2B sales functions into a seamless, scalable system. As VP of Sales Operations, you will design and optimize processes across order management, fulfillment, revenue operations, and demand planning, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Marketing to align strategy with execution, establish KPIs and dashboards, and implement automation tools to drive efficiency. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, providing the chance to make a direct impact on revenue growth, operational scalability, and overall business performance. You will manage core commercial systems and workflows, contributing to the expansion of both physical and digital product channels.
