Working within a global, AI-driven and cloud-focused organization, you will ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems that directly impact healthcare operations and patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with service desk, development, and technical teams to resolve issues, manage upgrades, and support customer implementations. The position combines hands-on database expertise with operational delivery, customer engagement, and problem-solving in high-pressure environments. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of database processes, documentation, and deployment standards across global implementations.
