Director of FP&A

This senior finance leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. You will partner closely with executive leadership to translate financial data into strategic insights that guide key business decisions and long-term planning. Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, you will oversee budgeting cycles, financial modeling, and board-level reporting. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to simplify complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations. You will also lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team while continuously improving processes, systems, and reporting frameworks. As a key business partner across departments, you will support strategic initiatives including investments, scenario planning, and operational decision-making.
