You will transform long-form conversations into engaging YouTube episodes and high-performing short-form clips tailored for modern platforms. Working closely with the content producer, you will help shape raw footage into thoughtful, polished narratives that respect the viewer’s time while maintaining authenticity. The environment is highly creative, fast-moving, and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on editorial judgment and ownership. You will also contribute to shaping visual identity, pacing, and storytelling structure across formats.
