Director, People

This leadership role is responsible for driving the people strategy and organizational effectiveness for commercial and support functions. You will act as a strategic partner to VP-level and executive leaders, translating business objectives into impactful talent, development, and engagement initiatives. The role involves leading organizational design, succession planning, and performance management programs, while also mentoring and developing a People Business Partner. You will collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams to align HR initiatives with business goals and ensure a seamless employee experience.
