You will play a key part in building and accelerating the sales pipeline by engaging decision-makers and securing high-quality meetings for senior sales executives. The environment is fast-paced, KPI-driven, and highly performance-oriented, requiring consistency, discipline, and strong communication skills. You will be expected to manage large-scale outreach activities while maintaining quality conversations that convert into real business opportunities. This position offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders across HR and talent acquisition teams, making it ideal for someone who thrives in structured outbound sales. You will work closely with experienced sales teams, continuously refining messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion tactics.
