This role sits at the intersection of payroll compliance, regulatory interpretation, and product enablement within a fast-scaling global payroll and HR platform. You will ensure that PEO-specific payroll operations remain fully compliant across evolving US federal and state regulations while helping translate complex legal requirements into scalable product and engineering solutions. Acting as a key bridge between Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams, you will shape how co-employment payroll obligations are implemented and maintained at scale.
